Refund Eligibility:

A refund will be issued if your return meets the criteria outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. Specifically, a refund is applicable for:

  • Eligible Returns: Watches returned within 7 days, in original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If a watch is found to have a manufacturing defect upon inspection (within the 7-day return window) and a replacement is not desired or available.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you received a different watch than what you ordered.
  • Out-of-Stock Exchanges: If you requested an exchange for an item that is out of stock, and you prefer a refund instead.

Refund Process:

  1. Return Approval: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.
  2. Refund Initiation: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your provided bank account details. We will contact you to obtain these details securely.
    • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Wallets): Refunds will be credited back to your original payment source.
  4. Refund Timeline:
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by Timeshop.pk.
    • After processing, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days (or longer, depending on their policies) for the refund to appear in your account statement. We have no control over the processing times of financial institutions.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (at the sole discretion of Timeshop.pk):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery (if accepted under special circumstances, with prior agreement).

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: First, recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact Your Bank/Payment Provider: Contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
